Rising country singer-songwriter Jenna Paulette is turning heartbreak into a confidence anthem with her empowering new single, “Maggie’s Song (Old Blue Jeans),” out now via Leo33.

Written by Paulette, Smith Ahnquist and Brent Anderson, the song is a reminder that sometimes the best antidote to a bad relationship is a killer song—and a little confidence. Inspired by Paulette’s best friend of 20 years, “Maggie’s Song” celebrates women who are ready to leave the drama behind and remember exactly who they are.

“Sometimes the best thing I can do for someone is give them a jam to remind them just how bad ass they are,” Paulette says.

The release follows Paulette’s debut performance of “High Noon” at the 61st ACM Awards Whiskey Jam in Las Vegas and her first No. 1 at Texas radio with “Steady.” When she’s not on the road, the Texas native and her husband, Ross, ranch in southwest Texas.

Her 20-track Horseback (Deluxe) is available now, while her 2026 Back In The Saddle Tour continues across Texas, including an August 28 stop at legendary Gruene Hall with Jesse Raub Jr.

With “Maggie’s Song (Old Blue Jeans),” Paulette delivers a little heartbreak therapy—wrapped in an infectious country jam and a reminder that sometimes all a woman needs is her old blue jeans and the confidence to walk away.
