Ashley Cooke is giving fans a deeper look at her next chapter. The country singer-songwriter has officially revealed the tracklist for her self-titled sophomore album, ashley cooke, arriving Aug. 14 via Big Loud Records/Back Blocks Music. Written during a transformative period in her life, the 15-track project finds Cooke exploring love, heartbreak, self-discovery and personal growth with the candid storytelling that's become her signature. Blending coastal-country influences with a nostalgic '90s-inspired aesthetic, the album balances emotional vulnerability with sharp humor and confidence.
Cooke unveiled the tracklist in creative fashion on social media, showcasing a custom denim jacket embroidered with patches referencing songs and themes from the album, including nods to her home states, songwriting process and zodiac sign. Produced by an all-star team led by legendary producer Dann Huff, the album features current country radio single "baby blues," which became one of the format's most-added songs upon impact and previously topped SiriusXM The Highway's Hot 30 Countdown. Fans will also hear upcoming releases "famous to frances" and "johnny 'n june," alongside previously released favorites including "the hell you are," "xs," and "high school sweetheart."
