Bailey Zimmerman is heading back to Panama City Beach — this time as a headliner. Gulf Coast Jam Presented by Jim Beam has announced Zimmerman as the opening-night headliner for the festival’s 15th annual edition, set for June 3-6, 2027, in Panama City Beach, Fla. The country hitmaker joins previously announced headliners Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan, with a fourth and final headliner expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
Zimmerman previously appeared at Gulf Coast Jam three years ago, before his rapid rise up the country charts. “Bailey played Gulf Coast Jam for the first time three years ago, and you could tell then he was going to be a star,” Gulf Coast Jam executive producer Rendy Lovelady said. “It’s been fun to watch his career take off, and we can’t wait to have him back next year.”
The announcement comes as Gulf Coast Jam continues to build momentum as one of the country’s major destination festivals. The 2026 edition drew more than 25,000 fans nightly, while Ticketmaster named the event among the Best Country Music Festivals to See in 2026. Music Festival Wizard previously ranked Gulf Coast Jam No. 1 in its Top 50 Most Popular Fests in the World 2024 — Voter’s Choice poll and included it among its Best Beach Music Festivals in 2025. “Bailey’s dominance of the country music charts has sent his demand through the roof,” COO Mark Sheldon said. “With Jason, Luke, and Bailey, this is shaping up to be an incredible lineup.”
Four-day passes for the 2027 festival are currently available, including General Admission, College, First Responder and Military options. Premium experiences include Caymus Premium Standing, Caymus VIP, Overlook Club and Side Stage.
Skyboxes, Eagles Nest and Luxury Suites are currently sold out, with wait lists available. Tickets and additional information are available at GulfCoastJam.com.
