Celebrating over three decades of entertainment and memory-making, Dolly Parton’s Stampede Dinner Attraction in Branson will open its milestone 30th season on Feb. 27, unveiling an exciting new act that adds even more thrills to its signature high-energy experience.

Known as “The World’s Most Visited Dinner Show Attraction,” Dolly Parton’s Stampede blends equestrian excellence, lively music, storytelling, comedic horseplay and a hearty four-course feast into one unforgettable evening. For the 2024 season, the adventure reaches new heights with the debut of “Rumble in the Treetops,” a thrilling lumberjack competition staged above the arena.

The new act features skilled lumberjack teams showcasing strength and agility as they climb, chop, saw and log roll through an exhilarating four-event relay, adding a fresh dimension of action to the beloved dinner show.

The excitement begins even before guests enter the 35,000-square-foot arena. Outside, the Horse Walk offers an up-close look at the show’s equine stars. Inside the Saloon, guests enjoy a lively pre-show featuring live bluegrass and country music. Once the main event begins, Stampede’s talented ensemble guides 32 magnificent horses through heart-pounding equestrian challenges, including barrel racing, trick riding and other daring feats. The production also brings the spirit of the American frontier to life with a thundering buffalo herd and a Westward-style cattle drive of longhorn steer.

Adding to the spectacle is Stampede’s signature four-course feast, served shortly after guests are seated. The meal includes creamy vegetable soup, a buttery biscuit, a whole rotisserie chicken, buttery corn on the cob and more, finishing with a specialty dessert. Unlimited beverages, including Coca-Cola® products, tea and coffee, are included, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available upon request.

The show concludes with a stirring patriotic finale featuring “Color Me America,” an original song composed by Dolly Parton. Riders and their majestic horses take center stage in a red, white and blue tribute celebrating the spirit of the nation.

“This special show brings back fond childhood memories for me—of being together and sharing a delicious home-cooked meal with my family and the people I love the most,” Parton said. “At my Stampede, we share that feeling with everyone who comes to see the show, but with entertainment that is world-class. We’ve even added an exciting new competition that will take you to new heights—you don’t want to miss that!”

The Branson attraction has earned widespread recognition over the years. Dolly Parton’s Stampede was named one of the 19 Best Things to Do in Branson by U.S. News & World Report in 2023 and received the Gold Best Dinner Show award from Best of Branson in multiple years, including 2018–2021 and 2023. In 2021, Travelocity.com ranked it among the Top 10 Things for Families to Do in Branson, while The Plaid Horse named Branson and the Stampede dinner show one of the Top Nine Vacation Spots for Horse Lovers.
